Submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request, the relevant order/account reference and the action requested: access, correction, deletion, export, opt-out or appeal. You do not need an account to contact us. Do not include full card details, passwords or identity documents in an initial request.

Current choices

The storefront currently uses necessary transaction and security cookies and does not sell personal information or use cross-context advertising trackers. There is no paid-privacy setting or nonessential cookie toggle that you must purchase or activate. Blocking essential cookies may prevent basket or account functions. Browser Global Privacy Control does not require you to register to maintain a no-sale/sharing choice.

Review and appeal

We acknowledge and assess requests, ask for proportionate verification where needed, explain lawful exceptions and respond within applicable periods. If you disagree with a decision, reply with Privacy Appeal and explain why. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authority, subject to applicable rules. State regulator and other mandatory legal remedies remain available.
