Information used to run the shop

We process account and contact details, delivery addresses, order and payment references, customer correspondence, and limited session and security information. We use them to provide checkout, fulfil orders, show tracking, answer requests, prevent fraud, maintain records and handle refunds.

Payments and fulfilment

Card details are entered into Stripe's secure checkout. Mountden does not store your full card number or card security code. We share the delivery and order details needed with payment, fulfilment, delivery and email service providers. Those providers process information to perform their services and meet their own legal obligations.

Sessions and email links

Essential cookies keep you signed in, maintain your basket and protect account actions. Private order links grant access to the order: do not share them publicly. Password-reset links expire and can be used once. Order and service emails are sent as part of your purchase or request.

Retention and requests

We retain order and financial records as needed for fulfilment, security, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. We verify ownership before acting and may retain information that we must keep for legal or legitimate operational reasons. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
