Terms of service

Seller and contact

Mountden is operated by Spotbo, Inc., United States. Customer Care: [email protected].

Products and prices

Read the exact model, size, condition, quantity and included components on each product page. Some products are vintage or surplus when expressly described that way. Product prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and the customer shipping charge are shown before payment authorization. A basket availability check does not reserve stock.

Your order

Checkout uses a card authorization. An order-received email acknowledges the request; payment is collected after we confirm your order. If availability or cost changes prevent us from completing the order, we cancel and release the uncaptured authorization rather than make an unapproved charge or silently substitute a different item. We do not enroll you in a subscription.

Delivery and support

The shipping policy explains daily processing, package tracking and delays. The cancellation and refund policy explains service requests. Contact us about an urgent requirement before ordering; do not assume a delivery date that has not been confirmed.

Product use

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, labels and safety information. Use appropriate training and protective equipment for workshop chemicals, sharp tools and machinery. We do not represent that a product is suitable for a particular application or certified to a standard unless that is stated accurately in the listing.

Your account

Keep your password and private order links secure. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent activity. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
