Shipping & order processing

United States delivery

Mountden currently accepts United States delivery addresses. The shipping charge shown in checkout is $9.95 USD per order. Your order may arrive in several packages; we do not add a separate customer delivery fee after checkout for those packages. Applicable sales tax is shown separately before you authorize payment.

Daily order processing

We review availability and pricing before checkout. Your card is authorized when you place an order. Orders are scheduled for our daily order-processing batch at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. An order received after that cutoff is scheduled for the next batch. This is a processing schedule, not a shipping or delivery guarantee.

Payment is collected only after we confirm your order. If an order has not entered fulfilment processing within 36 hours, we cancel it, release the uncaptured authorization and email you. If processing is already in progress and needs further verification, we will contact you. Your bank determines when a pending authorization disappears.

Shipping dates and delays

A delivery date is an estimate only when explicitly shown. We do not promise same-day dispatch or a delivery date that has not been confirmed. If we cannot ship within a stated shipping period, or within 30 days when no shipping period is stated, we will contact you and offer a cancellation with a full refund or seek your agreement to a revised shipping arrangement. We do not treat silence as permission for an indefinite delay.

Tracking and missing packages

We email tracking references as they become available. Your private order page lists each available package. One delivered package may not contain your entire order. Contact [email protected] with your order reference if a package is missing, damaged or does not match your order.
